The BIONIK design is the wear resistance in the powertrain.
The term BIONIK deals with the transfer of phenomena of nature to technology. This is how Knauf PFT made it possible to optimize the heavily used spare parts in such a way that wear could be considerably reduced.
Klimasan Mixing shaft ritmo L is a template of this design function of a knee joint was adjusted. The knee is the largest joint of the human body and is also considered the most complicated.
The special task of the knee joint: It must be quite flexible when walking and bending and on the other hand should provide the person with a great stability when standing. And this is exactly what the new BIONIK system from PFT fulfills.
The wear parts such. B. mixing helix and driving claw were optimized so that the wear is significantly reduced. The new rounded BIONIK shape ensures long-lasting, good use in tough construction site work. Likewise, this new design favors the rolling of the Kartan movement in the drive system.
The service life of the heavily used parts such as mixing helix and driving claw have thus significantly extended. The pump pressure stays constant for a longer time. Although maintenance work is not enough, the new BIONIK design considerably reduces maintenance. The bionic mixing spiral system works extremely economically, is long-lasting and durable.
With PFT Wales will receive BIONIK mixing spiral for the mixing pump G4, G5 and Ritmo.
Fits to the driving claw BIONIK which provides the mixing helix the perfect grip.
With the new driving claw it is also ensured that all previous mixing helix can continue to be used.
Advantages of the bionics system at a glance:
- Mixing pumps Wear parts last longer: significantly reduced wear ✔
- Prolonged service life of heavily used mixing pump parts (mixing helix, driving claw) ✔
- Long-term constant pump pressure in the mixing pump ✔
- Significantly reduced maintenance of the used mixing pump ✔
