PFT Wales offers returns with the buyers paying the cost of their postage. Items ordered by mistake or not returned as defective will also be charged at PFT Wales cost of original postage before refunded.
In the event the item is delivered damaged or defective you will be required to return the item in unused condition, damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of signed delivery. We cannot accept and refund money without the original item.
